How to Attract Right-fit Clients, Increase Your Conversions and Get More Repeat Sales for Your Business


  1. Write a sales letter in full detail for your top product or service. Write it out as if your life depends on it. It will help you to get clarity on what you are trying to do. You will see exactly how it will benefit your ideal customer and if it does not, then you will know that you are not on the right track.
  2. Identify your target audience. Who is your ideal customer? Where do you find them? Make a study of your best customers and ask them what they expect from your products or service and how it can help them. Then go out and find more of them.
  3. Identify the results that your products or service produce. If you could only get paid, once your customers get results, how would that change your business? Ensure that the right results are produced for your customers.
  4. Collect social proof from your satisfied customers that you can show to your new prospects. Evidence of the value of your products; equal success. It will also allow you to lift your prices. Higher perceived value allows for a bigger profit.
  5. What is the bait that you can offer a new lead? What is the hook with which you can pull them in? Whatever you are selling, you want to put valuable information in front of it. Your prospective customer must be fully informed about all the features and benefits of your products before they can make a buying decision.
  6. Create a free guide with which to introduce your offer to your prospect. Show them the process they need to find the best value for their money. Show them how they can save money by making the right choice before they buy. Show them all the reasons why your products are the best. Clone yourself with this guide so that you can be in many places at once. The trick is not to “sell” but to educate your prospective customers so that they will come to you for advice and beg to buy from you.
  7. The Golden Rule is never to compete on price! Compete on the value of the benefit to your ideal customer. How can you solve their problem or alleviate their pain?
  8. You may offer a discount for repeat sales to your current customers as a thank you to show your appreciation. Always offer a new product or service first to your current customers before you put it on show to the public. This way you will build a loyal support group for your business. Ask them for feedback to verify that they like the product and if there is any problem, you can fix it before any harm is done. This will make your clients feel special and you become their hero.
  9. By putting a higher price on your product, you can push up the perceived value of your product or service. Make absolutely certain that it is of higher value for your customer’s money. Add something to the offer after your client has paid for the product or service. Example: If you sell a printer then give the customer a free ream of paper as a thank you gift. They will not even think of buying anywhere else.
  10. The higher your profit, the better you can serve your clients. With such super service, your mission should be to turn all your customers into high value clients.
  11. Always ask your happy clients, after a major sale, for referrals. At that exact moment they will love you because that purchase made them happy, and they will do anything to please you. A list of their friends can be the most valuable asset you can get.
  12. Can you exceed the expectations of your marketplace? Just a small gesture or some extra effort to help your customer to feel on top of the world can make the difference in your business. Remember that without those loyal clients, you would not have a business.

  3. Identifiseer die resultate wat u produkte of diens lewer. As u slegs betaal kan word, sodra u kliënt resultate kry, hoe sal dit u besigheid verander. Maak seker dat die regte resultate  vir u kliënte gelewer word.
  4. Versamel sosiale bewyse van u tevrede kliënte wat u aan u nuwe voornemende klante kan wys. Bewyse van die waarde van u produkte; is gelyk aan sukses. Dit sal u ook toelaat om u pryse te verhoog. Hoër waarde maak voorsiening vir ‘n groter wins.

  8. U kan afslag bied vir herhaalde verkope aan u huidige kliënte as ‘n dankie om u waardering te toon. Bied altyd eers ‘n nuwe produk of diens aan u huidige kliënte aan voordat u dit aan die publiek vertoon. Op hierdie manier sal u ‘n lojale ondersteuningsgroep vir u besigheid bou. Vra hulle vir terugvoer om te verifieer dat hulle van die produk hou en as daar enige probleem is, kan u dit regmaak voordat enige skade gedoen word. Dit sal jou kliënte spesiaal laat voel en jy word hul held.
  9. Deur ‘n hoër prys op u produk te plaas, kan u die waargenome waarde van u produk of diens opstoot. Maak absoluut seker dat dit van ‘n hoër waarde vir u kliënt se geld is. Voeg iets by die aanbod nadat u kliënt vir die produk of diens betaal het. Voorbeeld: As u ‘n drukker verkoop, gee die kliënt dan ‘n gratis blok papier as ‘n dankie geskenk. Hulle sal nie eers daaraan dink om elders te koop nie.
  10. Hoe hoër u wins, hoe beter kan u u kliënte bedien. Met so ‘n superdiens moet u missie wees om al u klante in kliënte van hoë waarde te verander.
  11. Vra altyd jou gelukkige kliënte, na ‘n groot verkoop, vir verwysings. Op daardie presiese oomblik sal hulle jou liefhê, want daardie aankoop het hulle gelukkig gemaak, en hulle sal enigiets doen om jou te behaag. ‘n Lys van hul vriende kan die waardevolste bate wees wat u kan kry.
  12. Kan u die verwagtinge van u mark oortref? Net die klein gebaar of ekstra moeite om u kliënt te help om goed te voel, kan die verskil in u besigheid maak. Onthou dat sonder daardie lojale kliënte, jy nie ‘n besigheid sou hê nie.
